Is this a daily vitamin?
No. Take a packet only when symptoms hit, one a day until you feel better, usually 3 to 5 days. That is why a pack lasts 3 to 6 months.
How long will one pack last?
About 15 packets per pocket, and most episodes need 3 to 5. Commonly 3 to 6 months, sometimes a whole mission.
Will it interact with medications?
Clean, third-party-tested supplements with no common allergens. If your missionary has a known allergy or takes a prescription, check with a healthcare provider first.
Can I get one for a companion too?
